Comments

Deprecated - Provided for compatibility with earlier versions only - Use Items.Move instead

The MoveItem method moves an item to a new position in the tree control.

The MoveItem method moves all item attributes, including cell text, graphics, level, row header contents, etc. The Item.DataString property may not be moved, depending on the CopyItemDataString property.

A group of items can be moved using the Items.Move method. Items can be copied using the Items.Copy method.

The MoveItem method does not preserve the item ID (see Item.ID property). The Items.Move method should be used if the item id needs to be preserved.
