ToolTipColumnHeader Event, SftTree Object

A column header Tool Tip is about to be displayed.

Text

The Tool Tip text. If Text is set to an empty string (the default), no Tool Tip is displayed. A maximum string length of 1000 characters is supported.

ColIndex

The zero-based number of the column for which a Tool Tip is about to be displayed.

Comments

The ToolTipColumnHeader event occurs when a column header Tool Tip is about to be displayed.

The ToolTipColumnHeader event occurs when the mouse cursor pauses above a column header. By implementing the ToolTipColumnHeader event, an application can provide text in the Text parameter, which is used to display a Tool Tip for the column header ColIndex. The Tool Tip is displayed as an explanatory Tool Tip relative to the mouse cursor.
