milliSeconds
Defines the delay (in milliseconds) after which Tool Tips are removed. If 0 is specified, the default of 100 milliseconds is used instead.
The ToolTipIntervalOff property defines the delay (in milliseconds) after which Tool Tips are removed.
The ToolTipIntervalOff applies to all Tool Tips (cell, column header and column footer ToolTips).
The ToolTipIntervalOn property is used to define the delay (in milliseconds) after which Tool Tips are displayed.
