Scroll Tips

Scroll Tips are displayed when the user drags the vertical scroll bar's scroll box using the mouse. By default, the cell text of the first displayed item in the client area (see the Items.TopIndex property) is shown as a Tool Tip next to the scroll bar. An application can override the text displayed using the ToolTipVScroll event.

Scroll Tips are enabled using the Items.ScrollTips property.
