Release history

Version 7.01

• Images samples (C and MFC): an image loaded from a file is freed with the matching function, and the Open dialog's file name buffer is sized in characters.
• Window sample: WM_NCDESTROY calls DefWindowProc once.
• Wizard 1 and Wizard 2 samples: Back on the first page and Next on the last page stay on that page instead of wrapping around.
• The sample sources size text buffers in characters, test dark mode in an ANSI-safe way, and point to the online guide and API reference.
• Header comments were corrected where they disagreed with the documentation.
• The AGENTS.md file in the installation folder links to the online AI/LLM documentation (guide, API reference and samples) instead of carrying a copy that goes stale between releases.
• The License Manager was updated.

Version 7.00

• This is the initial release. See New Features.
