Payment options
If you want to pay by check, you can enter the ordering information online and mail a copy of the Order Confirmation to us along with your check. Your order is shipped (including online delivery) once we receive your check.
If you need a proforma invoice so you can submit it to your purchasing department, select "I Just Need A Proforma Invoice" as payment option. You can enter the ordering information and forward the final Order Confirmation to your purchasing department. With this payment option, your order is not processed until payment is received; the order is placed on hold and automatically expires after 30 days.
Please note that we do not accept purchase orders.
Pricing and volume discounts
You can find the pricing information in our online store. You don't need to place an order to visit our online store. Simply enter the desired quantity and select the products you want to purchase and the order total along with any applicable discounts will be shown.
Volume discounts are automatically applied to orders of four or more copies of the same product. Florida residents add 6.5% sales tax.
Classic versions
Do you need an "older" version of one of our products? It may still be available as a "Classic Version". A Classic Version combines the current, supported version of a product and an older, major version.
But, generally, it's more cost-efficient to simply upgrade to the new version. Most new versions are usually 99.94% upward compatible with just a trivial conversion.
Delivery
All our products and product licenses are delivered via online delivery for immediate download. We no longer ship boxed products and product CDs. Documentation for all products is available on our website; some products also include it as help files.
