Sort Indicators

Sort indicators are optional components shown as part of column headers when sort indicators are enabled using the Headers.SortIndicators function.

The images cannot be customized.

Sort Indicator

When the header is clicked the ItemClick/ItemDblClick event can be handled by the application to implement sorting behavior using the Items.SortDependents method. The Email sample demonstrates how sorting can be implemented using the Headers.SortIndicators property and the Items.SortDependents method.
