String

Defines this column footer's text.

Comments

The Text property defines this column footer's text.

The alignment of the column footer text can be defined using the Footer.TextHAlign and Footer.TextVAlign properties.

The column footer text may contain new-line characters (CR-LF) if multi-line header text is enabled (see Footers.Multiline).

If the column footer text is empty, the column footer of the preceding column may merge into the empty column footer, based on the Column.Merge and Column.MergeInto property settings. The row/column footer never merges into a column footer.

When defining column footer text using the Columns property page, any trailing empty lines are automatically removed. To preserve a trailing empty line, add a space character to the line.
