FirstDisplayedCell Property, ItemClass Class

Returns the first displayed cell in the item's cell collection.

Value

The first displayed cell or null/Nothing if the cell collection is empty.

Comments

Returns the first displayed cell in the item's cell collection.

The FirstDisplayedCell property returns the first displayed cell. This is not necessarily the first cell in the cell collection. The ItemClass.FirstCell property returns the first cell in the cell collection. The FirstDisplayedCell property returns the first cell in the display order only if that column has a width greater than 0.

A cell is considered displayed or visible even if it is horizontally scrolled off the control's display area. A cell can be scrolled into the display area of the control by using the CellClass.ScrollIntoView method.
