ClickedColumn Property, HeadersClass Class

Returns the column index of the cell in the column header area that was last pressed.

Class: HeadersClass
Namespace: Softelvdm.SftTreeNET
Assembly: Softelvdm.SftTreeNET

Syntax

public int ClickedColumn { get; internal set; }
Public Property ClickedColumn As Integer

Value

The column index that was last pressed or -1 if no cell was pressed.

Comments

Returns the column index of the cell in the column header area that was last pressed.

Only one cell in the entire column header area can be pressed at any time.

Depending on the HeadersClass.Behavior property, a cell that is clicked may automatically return to its released position. In this case, the HeadersClass.Pressed property returns null/Nothing. The HeadersClass.LastClicked, HeadersClass.ClickedRow and ClickedColumn reflect the last pressed cell, even if it has returned to its released position.

Cells in the header area should be defined using a background appearance that reflects their use as a header or button (CellBaseClass.Appearance). The default appearance for all headers can be defined using the HeadersClass.AppearanceDefault property.
