Public Event HorizontalOffsetChanged As HorizontalOffsetChangedEventHandlerOccurs when the control is scrolled horizontally, under program control or by the user.
The SftTree.HorizontalOffset and SftTree.HorizontalOffsetRight properties can be used to determine the current horizontal scrolling offset in the left or right panes.
The TopItemChanged event can be used to determine when the control is scrolled vertically.
