The defined color is only used if the row header's appearance is defined as BackgroundAppearanceEnum.ButtonPlain or BackgroundAppearanceEnum.ThemedAppearanceHeaderEmptyArea (RowHeadersClass.AppearanceDefault or CellBaseClass.Appearance).
If the background appearance is defined as BackgroundAppearanceEnum.ThemedAppearanceHeaderEmptyArea, this color is used to paint a line below the row header.
