Defines the position (or offset) of the cell contents relative to the top left corner of the cell area.
When Windows themes are used (BackgroundAppearanceEnum.ThemedSystemHeader), the operating system allows slightly insufficient space for the header contents. The GadgetsClass.ThemedHeaderAdjustmentSize allows an application to reserve more space which results in a more pleasing header appearance and the ThemedHeaderAdjustmentLocation property is used to position (or offset) the contents relative to the top left corner of the cell area.
