LastDisplayedAndVisibleIndex Property, ColumnsClass Class

Returns the index of the last displayed column.

Value

The index of the last displayed column or null/Nothing if the column collection is empty.

Comments

Returns the index of the last displayed column.

The LastDisplayedAndVisibleIndex property returns the index of the last displayed column. This is not necessarily the last column in the column collection. The ColumnsClass.LastIndex property returns the index of the last column in the column collection.

The ColumnsClass.LastDisplayedIndex property returns the index of the last column in the display order, even if that column has a width of 0. The LastDisplayedAndVisibleIndex property insures that the column also has a width greater than 0.

A column is considered displayed or visible even if it is horizontally scrolled off the control's display area. A column can be scrolled into the display area of the control by using the ColumnClass.ScrollIntoView method.
