CellClass.IsFirstDisplayedAndVisibleInRightPane is the equivalent property for the right pane.
A cell is considered displayed or visible even if it is horizontally scrolled off the control's display area. A cell can be scrolled into the display area of the control by using the CellClass.ScrollIntoView method.
