Defines the edit control portion as read/only.

| True | The edit control portion is read/only and cannot be updated by the user. |
| False | The edit control portion can be updated by the user. |
The Locked property defines the edit control portion as read/only.
If the edit control portion is read/only, the user cannot modify it. It is also displayed in a grayed fashion and the colors defined using the Edit.BackColor or Edit.ForeColor properties are ignored.
This property cannot be used with a drop down list combo box.
