Control Layout

The end-user can customize a number of attributes of the control:

• Column widths
• Dropdown width and height (for combo box style controls using a sizing box)
• Sort column and sort direction

An application may wish to preserve this information so it can be restored next time the end-user returns to the application.

This information can be saved and restored automatically by using the RegistryLocation and RegistryEntry properties at design-time or explicitly by using the SaveLayout and LoadLayout methods at run-time.
