Selects whether caller-supplied pixel dimensions are interpreted as 96-DPI reference values.
C
void SftMask_SetPixelScaling(HWND hwndCtl, int mode);
C++
void CSftMask::SetPixelScaling(int mode);
hwndCtl
The window handle of the masked edit control.
mode
The pixel scaling setting. One of the following values:
| SFTMASK_PIXELSCALING_ASIS | Caller-supplied pixel dimensions (captionnWidth) are used verbatim in physical screen pixels. This is the default (preserves the behavior of earlier SftMask/DLL versions). |
| SFTMASK_PIXELSCALING_STRETCH | Caller-supplied pixel dimensions are interpreted as 96-DPI reference values and scaled by currentDPI / 96 at use time. Storage and getters always return caller-reference units so serialized configurations stay portable. |
The pixel scaling setting can also be set through the pixelScaling field of the SFTMASK_CONTROL structure. See Per-Monitor DPI and Scaling.
