hwndCtl
The window handle of the masked edit control.
lpszText
The buffer receiving the selected text. The buffer must be at least SFTMASK_MAX_MASKEDTEXT (1024) characters.
Whether literal characters are included depends on the iClipMode field (see SFTMASK_CLIP Constants). SftMask_GetSelText_A and SftMask_GetSelText_W are explicit ANSI/Unicode variants.
