Margins

A tab control can have a left (and right) margin, which is the area between the left (or right) side of the tab control and the first (or last) tab. Setting the left margin to 0 positions the first tab at the left edge of the tab control. Margins are defined using the properties Tabs.LeftMargin and RightMargin.

Some tab styles have a built-in margins, so tabs cannot start at the left (or right) edge of the control. It is possible to change the indentation of rows using the Tabs.RowIndent property.

If tab rows are displayed vertically, the left (or right) margin defined is used as the top (or bottom) margin.
