Returns the first displayed column with a width greater than 0.

Value

The first displayed column or null/Nothing if no column with a width greater than zero exists.

Comments

Returns the first displayed column with a width greater than 0.

The FirstDisplayedAndVisible property returns the first displayed column. This is not necessarily the first column in the column collection. The ColumnsClass.First property returns the first column in the column collection. The ColumnsClass.FirstDisplayed property returns the first column in the display order, even if that column has a width of 0. The FirstDisplayedAndVisible property ensures that the column also has a width greater than 0.

A column is considered displayed or visible even if it is horizontally scrolled off the control's display area. A column can be scrolled into the display area of the control by using the ColumnClass.ScrollIntoView method.
