True if the colors of the Windows contrast theme are in use, False otherwise.

Comments

Returns whether the colors of the Windows contrast theme are currently in use.

The value is derived from the HighContrastMode property and, for HighContrastModeEnum.Auto, the Windows contrast theme setting.
