Defines whether the control uses dark mode colors.

Value

The dark mode setting.

The default value is DarkModeEnum.Off.

Comments

Defines whether the control uses dark mode colors.

In dark mode, colors that are left at their system defaults are replaced by their dark counterparts and themed elements such as headers, buttons and scrollbars use the dark Windows themes. Colors that are set explicitly are used as defined.

With DarkModeEnum.Auto, the control follows the Windows setting for app mode (Settings, Personalization, Colors) and switches when that setting changes. The DarkModeActive property returns the resulting state.
