HitTest Function

The HitTest function determines the area at a given location.

Parameters

hwnd

The window handle of the Print Preview control.

x

The horizontal (x) position (in pixels), relative to the top, left corner of the control window.

y

The vertical (y) position (in pixels), relative to the top, left corner of the control window.

Returns

The return value is a pointer to a SFTPRINTPREVIEW_HITTESTRESULT structure, describing location x, y. The information contained in this structure is only valid until the next call to the Print Preview control and should be saved in application memory.

Comments

The HitTest function determines the area at a given location x, y. The SFTPRINTPREVIEW_HITTESTRESULT structure can be inspected for details about the location.
