SFTBUTTON_PIXELSCALING Constants

Values for SetPixelScaling / GetPixelScaling and for the pixelScaling field on SFTBUTTON_CONTROL.

SFTBUTTON_PIXELSCALING_ASIS (0)	Caller-supplied pixel dimensions are used verbatim.
SFTBUTTON_PIXELSCALING_STRETCH (1)	Default. Caller-supplied pixel dimensions are interpreted as 96-DPI reference values and scaled by currentDPI / 96 at render time.

pixelScaling is independent of imageScaling - either can be set to ASIS or STRETCH without affecting the other.
