SFTBUTTON_IMAGESCALING Constants

Values for SetImageScaling / GetImageScaling and for the imageScaling field on SFTBUTTON_CONTROL.

SFTBUTTON_IMAGESCALING_ASIS (0)	Images are drawn at their native pixel size.
SFTBUTTON_IMAGESCALING_STRETCH (1)	Default. Images are scaled by currentDPI / 96. Bitmaps use HALFTONE stretch; GDI+ images use InterpolationModeHighQualityBicubic.

imageScaling is independent of pixelScaling - either can be set to ASIS or STRETCH without affecting the other.
