Values for the nDropDownStyle field on SFTBUTTON_CONTROL. Only meaningful when fShowDropDown is TRUE.

SFTBUTTON_DROPDOWNSTYLE_STANDARD (0)	Standard sidebar width and arrow glyph. Default.
SFTBUTTON_DROPDOWNSTYLE_NARROW1 (1)	Slightly narrower sidebar.
SFTBUTTON_DROPDOWNSTYLE_NARROW2 (2)	Narrower still.
SFTBUTTON_DROPDOWNSTYLE_NARROW3 (3)	Narrowest sidebar.
SFTBUTTON_DROPDOWNSTYLE_WIDE1 (4)	Wider sidebar, for prominent dropdown affordances.

The dropdown sidebar is only drawn when fShowDropDown is TRUE. Sidebar width scales with the monitor DPI under Per-Monitor v2 awareness.
