Annual Support Subscription

The first year is included. Renewing keeps everything coming.

Renew from $99 $99 to renew, or $299 for a product bundle. We email a reminder to the address used for the purchase before it expires.

A subscription that has lapsed can't be renewed; the product has to be purchased again to start a new one. Check each license's status in My Licenses.

Before you open a ticket

  1. Check the product's support page for hotfixes.
  2. Search the documentation and the articles below.
  3. Have your license number and product version ready.

Product support is by ticket and email. Telephone support is not available.
