ScrollTips

ScrollTips are displayed when the user drags the vertical scroll bar's scroll box using the mouse. By default, the cell text of the first displayed item in the client area (see GetTopIndex) is shown as a ToolTip next to the scroll bar. An application can override the text displayed using the ToolTips callback function SFTTREE_TOOLTIPSPROC.

ScrollTips are enabled using SetScrollTips.
