• A single license is for one user (developer, programmer). The licensed user can install the product on as many of their own computers as they like (laptop, desktop, etc.) — what counts is the user, not the number of installations. Only the licensed user may access or use those installations.
• Need to license a team? A Multi-User License covers any number of users greater than one. Each licensed user gets the same right to install on as many of their own computers as they need.
• A licensed product includes redistributable components ("controls") that can be included and distributed with your completed application, for use by end-users of your application.
• Redistribution of controls with a completed application is royalty-free.
• Don't make copies of the full software for anyone.
• A license can be permanently transferred to another user (by submitting written notice).
• After installation, the product must be registered/activated using your license key before it will run.
• Registration sends only what you enter (such as your name and address), your license key, and the date and time of registration. We don't collect telemetry or usage data through the software. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• The product should work as documented in the help files, but if you run into problems, free product support is available during the first year after your purchase. After the first year, an optional support subscription renewal can be purchased.
