Expand/Collapse Buttons

Expand/collapse buttons are enabled using the ExpandButtons property.

Expand/collapse buttons allow topics to be collapsed and expanded by hiding and making child entries visible. An expand/collapse button is only shown if an entry has entries on a lower level.
