The zero-based index of the item to remove.
Count
Returns the number of items remaining in the tree control after the specified item is deleted.

The RemoveItem method removes an item.
If a parent item is deleted, dependents are deleted if the parent item is collapsed (dependents are not visible). If the parent item is expanded when it is deleted, its dependents are not deleted. The Item.Expanded property can be used to determine if an item is expanded. The Item.DeleteDependents method can be used to delete an item's dependents.
If many items have to be deleted, the BulkUpdate property can be used to indicate a mass-update, which is significantly faster.
