ScrollTips are displayed when the user drags the vertical scroll bar's scroll box using the mouse. By default, the cell text of the first displayed item in the item area (see the TopItem property) is shown as a tooltip next to the scroll bar.

An application can override the text displayed using the ShowScrollTip event.

The control's ScrollTip property defines attributes for scrolltips.
