A cell ToolTip is about to be displayed.

Text

The default cell ToolTip text. The application can override the default text by assigning a new string to the Text parameter. This string is displayed as an explanatory ToolTip relative to the mouse cursor. It is not possible to override ToolTip text that is displayed in the cell's location. If Text is set to an empty string, no ToolTip is displayed. A maximum string length of 1000 characters is supported.

ItemIndex

The zero-based index of the item for which the ToolTip is displayed.

ColNum

The zero-based number of the column for which the ToolTip is displayed.

Comments

The ToolTipCell event occurs when a cell ToolTip is about to be displayed.

The combo box should not be updated in any way while handling this event.
