Comments

The HeightPix property defines the drop down portion's height in pixels.

The DropDown.Height and DropDown.HeightPix properties are synonyms, but may use different coordinate systems.

The defined height is considered a maximum value. The height of the drop down portion may be smaller than defined if fewer items are available.

The actual height of the drop down portion can be found using the DropDown.GetPosition method.

The height defined using this property is used to determine the height of the drop down portion as it becomes visible. Once visible, it is no longer resized. This means that in a variable height combo box more than the defined number of items may become visible by scrolling vertically.

The DropDown.HeightItems property can be used to define the number of visible items instead of an explicit height. If the Height property is set, the HeightItems property is set to 0.

This property cannot be used with a simple combo box.
