SFTBUTTON_BOUNCE Constants

Values for the iBounce field on SFTBUTTON_CONTROL.

SFTBUTTON_BOUNCE_DEFAULT (0)	Follow the application default (which is "animate"). Use this when you do not need a per-button override.
SFTBUTTON_BOUNCE_YES (1)	Always animate on press.
SFTBUTTON_BOUNCE_NO (2)	Never animate.

When themes are active (nUseThemes is SFTBUTTON_THEME_YES), the theme draws its own press visual and the bounce animation is suppressed regardless of iBounce.
